We try our best to fulfil all the orders we receive from our valued customers but if due to some unseen reasons any products goes out of stock we will reschedule the delivery with the consent of the customer.

When you will process the card payment option it will be charged.

Are you located outside of the UAE and want to order from us great we will be happy to have you as our customer, For any delivery outside the UAE will have custom delivery charges depending on the country/state of the delivery address and will be communicated to you via email after placing the order, However COD option is only available for customers within the UAE…

You can claim your product warranty by sending email to info@dxbstock.com with the detail of your purchased order.

Our representative will follow up with another email asking all the information required to fulfill the warranty claim.

The purchases can be returned within 3 days of delivered item (if not used and original packing). We believe in providing our customers the best shopping experience, and we will take care of the return shipping costs. However, this does not apply to promotional or flash sale product.

Item less than 100AED value are not eligible for returns.

Items used or not in their original packing are not eligible for return

Make sure the original packaging, labels and other relevant tags of the purchased item are kept in custody to avail returns/refund, especially under electronic items.

There are a few certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns:

  • Return requests are initiated outside the specified period, of 3 days from delivery.
  • Product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.
  • Specific categories like socks and clothing freebies etc.
  • Defective products, which are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Company is not responsible for booting issues.
  • Any consumable item, which has been used or installed.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
  • Anything missing from the package you have received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
  • Fragile items, hygiene related items.

If you have paid through Cash on Delivery (COD), the money would be refunded in the form of dxbstock.com credit, and you can easily make new purchases.

Products should be accompanied with the original sales invoice for Refund. Refund for items purchased by credit card will be transferred ONLY to credit/Debit card.

If product is repairable we will repair the product, If not replacement will be given. Or if replacement is not available Store credit will be offered.

There may be situations in which you were not able to return items within the 3 days, in such cases please contact our Customer Service Team through the Contact Us page to file a complaint. Complaints are handled on individual basis. However, all acceptable returns as per Consumer Protection Laws will honor the outlined duration.

If the packaging has minor soiling or is opened and product not defective, unused, no visible scratches or marks observed, a re-stocking fee of 15 percent will be deducted while making exchange/refund.

Product must be returned with all the original packaging materials, accessories, manuals, registration card, Free of Cost/Bundled Items and Promotional Vouchers..

Usually, Courier representative will contact you within 3-5 days from the day you requested a return. However, it might sometimes take up to 1 weeks for a courier to collect the item.

Under credit card payment method, amount will be refunded to the charged card only.

Cash on delivery customers will receive Store Credit equal to the price paid, redeemable at dxbdeal.com

Once we receive the retuned product from you, we will do the needful after the quality check.

Any shipping or delivery charges that may have been incurred by the courier company cannot be refunded and dxbsrock is not liable for any such refunds.

In the case of a defected item, please make sure that original packaging is preserved such as labels, accessories, manuals and/or tags; in case of mobile phones.

If the product being returned is not in a fully re-saleable condition, or the packaging is damaged, or accessories, manuals or bundled items may be missing, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

If you change your mind before receiving your item, just call us to cancel your order and we will process the refund along with any shipping fees applied. If you wish to return the item after receiving it, you have up to 3 days to return them.

  • You cannot return Clearance Items clearly marked as non-returnable and displaying a No-Return Policy.
  • Only the items with ‘Retail Packaging’ never opened (Sealed/Closed Box) and still with its Original Seal can be returned.
